We would like to welcome everyone who loves the fine art of “Barbeque” to join us for the 4th Annual UP Hog Wild 2008. Besides great competition, delicious barbecue, and wonderful camaraderie, there will also be a lot of fun, GREAT MUSIC, and entertainment. Check out our SCHEDULE OF EVENTS and the great line up of music and fun we are planning to have this year. Whatever you do, Don’t plan on leaving early. We appreciate all you do for our event, and we would love to have you stick around and enjoy ALL that we have planed.
If you would like to join us as a judge for our BBQ competition, the first thing you will need to do is fill out a JUDGES ENTRY FORM. After that, even if you are an old hand at this, you might want to review the JUDGES INSTRUCTIONS put out by the KCBS. These will be the rules we follow at UP Hog Wild 2008. If you are a KCBS certified judge, and would be interested in participating as a table captain, please take a moment to review the KCBS TABLE CAPTAIN INSTRUCTIONS.
Our judges meeting will be held Saturday morning, July 12th, at 11:00 AM CST in our judge’s tent. When you come to our main entrance, just let them know you are joining us as a judge, and they will see that you are taken care of.
